Hawk Rising from the Snail is actually a print of the base of one of the giant myth pieces that I destroyed while I was in India having an Ego death. The myth behind it is the hawk being born from the deep coils of the patient snail, and eventually flying out above the hot swells of summer air.
These pieces will eventually be reborn and painted to completion, but I find it beautiful that their bases are digitally preserved.
