In You,
I see me
I’m a freelance artist from Alaska based in San Francisco. I use yoga and meditation to wield my creative mind and navigate the honest process of deeply embodied self-expression. I paint murals all over the world. I work in ceramics and make pottery on the wheel, I build sculpture with clay and other mediums. I write poetry, short stories, and hope to someday publish art books and novels. I teach art to children and adults and I wholeheartedly believe that creativity can be taught, learned, and honed. Someday I hope to create a curriculum that makes art creation accessible to everyone. I am an advocate for the normalization and prioritization of mental health maintenance practices, I think there is a valuable place for every type of mind.
